Thanks for stopping in! As you know, choosing who to send a referral to can be hit or miss. If you are like me, you may do some research and see if that agent is going to provice exceptional service and making sure that the client is completely satisfied. After all, your reputation is tied to the satisfaction of the client. Your recommending a certain agent is basically vouching for that agent.
To help you decide if your client(s) and I are a good match, I have tried to give the kinds of information that we as agents look for and understand that can help you decide. Referrals are very important to me and make up over 50% of my business from year to year.
Lastly, if you are not sure if I cover a particular area, just give me a call. If I don't I can give you a name of who you should be referring to.
